Breast implant revision and breast lift

This patient presented with ruptured 225cc silicone breast implants with associated capsular contracture. She was looking for a perkier and more rounded shape. We removed her ruptured implants, opened up her implant pocket (a process known has capsulotomy), replaced her implants with Mentor 300cc moderate plus profile implants, and performed a mastopexy to elevate the nipple and remove excess skin.
